Yirgacheffe is a micro-region within the much larger region of Sidamo in Southern Ethiopia. It is considered by many the birth place of coffee! Processed with the dry method, you will find it has a slightly floral and milk chocolaty flavor profile with slight hint of black licorice.... Enjoy!
