This coffee gets the name "Blue Bali" because the beans truly do look blue before they are roasted! This medium coffee roast uses beautiful large Bali beans that have mild acidity, wild tree fruit flavors and leave you with a smooth lingering finish with a touch of spiced vanilla bean at the end.
